ポジションの概要/ SUMMARY
I. This position will report to Manager of Client Accounting Service (CAS) within Finance & Accounting.
II. High-level accounting skill and experience as well as knowledge of SPC are required.
業務内容及び責任範囲/ ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
1) Facilitate and complete closing procedure at SPC level according to monthly closing schedule
2) Prepare financial statements of SPC and a consolidated level in compliance with the US GAAP, JGAAP and IFRS
3) Assist and manage SPC Accounting team to response to clients in timely manner
4) Ensure placement of effective internal controls and compliance
5) Assist with external financial and tax auditors
6) Assist with preparing tax returns and investor reports
7) Need to work very closely with staffs
8) Respond to ad-hoc queries from senior management in timely manner

- 必須

－ BA in Finance and /or Accounting
－ US-CPA, J-CPA or Licensed Tax Accountant is preferred
－ Minimum 7 years of accounting experience
－ Experience of reporting under Japan, IFRS & US GAAP at both a consolidated and SPC level
－ Work under pressure with tight deadline
－ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer service focus
－ Must be very hands-on person
－ Preferable worked at Real Estate/Financial industry
－ ERP implementation experience is a plus
－ Native Japanese with Business level English is a must
