■サプライチェーン全体を統括
在庫管理、物流パートナーとの連携、輸送コスト管理、物流部門の収支管理、カスタマーサービスまで幅広く担当します。また、新たなKPIの設定にも携わるため、業務の評価指標やチームの成長を自ら形づくっていけるポジションです。
■経営層に近い立場で活躍
Head of Operations直属のポジションです。また、SCMマネージャーとして5名のチームマネジメントをお任せします。意思決定層と近い距離で連携しながら、サプライチェーン全体をリードいただけます。

【業務内容詳細】
- Lead supply chain operations for Japan, keeping inventory accurate and key products available to customers
- Select, negotiate and manage contracts with 3PL and other logistics partners
- Own the logistics P&L and freight costs, and build new KPIs to track performance and cost
- Manage the Customer Service team responsible for order entry and delivery arrangement
- Keep SAP master data accurate, especially when new products are launched
- Work with global supply hubs on shipping schedules, and with planning and business teams on S&OP
- Coordinate with Technical Service and QA/RA on service parts shipments and product release
- Support Finance on credit control and collections
- Coach and develop team members, and drive continuous improvement projects

- 必須

- 10+ years of experience in supply chain or logistics
- Hands-on SAP experience (required)
- People management experience
- Native-level Japanese and business-level English
- University degree
- Medical device or diagnostics industry experience is a plus
- A forward-looking mindset, with a drive for continuous improvement
- Strong communication with internal and external stakeholders
