■国内物流・配送を一貫して担うポジション
輸送・コンテナのバリデーションから、配送ルートの設計、BCP対策、出荷レポートまで、国内物流の全工程を幅広く担当します。一部分だけでなく、物流プロセス全体を一貫して管理したい方におすすめです。
■事業部長直属のポジション
事業部長に直接レポートするポジションで、部下のマネジメントはありません。経営に近い立場で意思決定や事業の方向性を把握しながら、実務に集中して取り組める環境です。

【業務内容詳細】
- Own all domestic distribution operations for a temperature-sensitive regenerative medicine product, from receipt in Japan to delivery to medical institutions
- Plan and carry out validation of the shipping containers and packaging used to transport the product
- Plan and carry out transport validation, including protocols, execution and reports
- Set up and maintain domestic transport routes, plus alternative routes and contingency plans for natural disasters and other disruptions (BCP)
- Report sterility test results at shipment, working with Quality Assurance on shipment release
- Manage the external distribution partner (a pharmaceutical wholesaler) and logistics vendors, including service levels, performance reviews and issue resolution
- Coordinate time-critical deliveries with medical institutions for a product with a short shelf-life
- Handle temperature excursions, deviations and corrective actions, and keep SOPs and distribution documents up to date
- Make sure distribution operations comply with GDP and Japanese pharmaceutical regulations, and support audits and inspections
- Work with global supply chain, manufacturing and quality teams on supply planning and import coordination
- 応募資格

- 必須

- 7+ years of experience in logistics, distribution or supply chain in pharmaceuticals, biologics, regenerative medicine or medical devices
- Hands-on experience with temperature-controlled (cold chain) distribution under GDP
- Experience managing external distribution partners such as wholesalers, 3PLs or carriers
- Native-level Japanese and business-level English
