【業務内容詳細】
-Manage daily logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, shipping, receiving, and inventory management, to ensure smooth and reliable delivery.
-Ensure safety, quality, and compliance with company policies and legal requirements across all logistics activities.
-Manage logistics budgets and costs, monitor spending, and identify opportunities to reduce costs.
-Manage logistics partners, including transport companies, warehouse providers, and 3PLs, to ensure good service and cost efficiency.
-Improve the use of SAP and other logistics systems to make daily operations more efficient.
-Identify and lead improvement activities to increase warehouse productivity, improve delivery performance, and optimize inventory.
-Lead and develop the logistics team by setting goals, providing coaching, and improving team performance.
-Work closely with Sales, Manufacturing, Production Planning, Procurement, and Finance to solve problems and improve overall supply chain operations.

- 必須

-5+ years of experience in logistics, warehouse, or transportation management
-Bachelor's Degree
-Business-level Japanese
-Business-level English
-Hands-on experience using SAP, ERP, or other logistics management systems.
-Experience managing and negotiating with logistics providers, warehouse operators, and 3PL companies.
-Experience managing logistics budgets, monitoring costs, and driving cost reduction activities.
-Strong data analysis skills and experience managing KPIs.
-Experience leading and managing a team.
-Experience in logistics network planning, warehouse improvement, or transportation optimization.
