This role involves the behavior and ODD of L4 autonomous trucks, and takes the product into logistics customers' operations and commercial use. It turns driving scenarios, system constraints, customer operating needs, and deployment requirements into product definitions that collaborate with planning and control, validation, and release, while working with customers to move from PoC toward commercial operation.

- 必須
-
5+ years in product management, including 3+ years in autonomous driving (L2+/L4).
Experience defining autonomous driving behaviors, scenarios, capability boundaries, PRDs, and acceptance criteria.
Understanding of ODD, system capabilities, scenario coverage, and release decisions.
Working knowledge of perception, prediction, planning, and control.
Familiarity with ISO 26262 and ISO 21448 (SOTIF).
Professional English or conversational Japanese proficiency.

? Domain & Scenario Experience: Experience with mass production or large-scale deployment in autonomous commercial vehicles or heavy-duty trucks is strongly preferred.
? Advanced Perception & Mapping: Familiarity with Transformer/BEV-based online mapping models and neural network architecture optimization is preferred.
? Advanced 3D Reconstruction: Hands-on experience with scene-level differentiable reconstruction algorithms (e.g., 3D Gaussian Splatting, NeRF) and their practical applications is preferred.
