This role focuses on developing multi-object tracking (MOT) and multi-sensor fusion algorithms for autonomous driving, integrating Camera, LiDAR, and Radar data to improve perception accuracy and stability.
- Developing MOT algorithms covering data association, state estimation (KF/EKF/UKF/IMM), track management, and occlusion handling.
- Building object-level fusion algorithms for sensor alignment, cross-sensor association, and confidence fusion.
- Designing early fusion solutions for synchronized multi-modal data and feature-level fusion.
- Analyzing real-world and simulation data, developing evaluation metrics, and improving algorithm performance.
- Optimizing and deploying production-ready algorithms on embedded automotive platforms.
- Collaborating with Perception, Localization, Calibration, Planning & Control, and Data Platform teams on system integration.

- 必須

Master’s degree or above in Computer Science, Automation, Electronics, Control, Robotics, or a related field.
2+ years of R&D experience in autonomous driving or robotics perception/fusion algorithms.
Strong knowledge of multi-object tracking, sensor fusion, Kalman filters, IMM, and data association algorithms (JPDA, MHT, Hungarian).
Experience with Camera, LiDAR, and Radar sensor models, synchronization, and extrinsic calibration.
Proficient in C++, familiar with Python, and experienced with Eigen, PCL, and OpenCV.
Familiar with ROS/ROS2 or autonomous driving platforms such as Apollo, Autoware, or CyberRT.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills, with a high sense of ownership.

Preferred Qualifications
- Hands-on MOT project experience (e.g., SORT, AB3DMOT), or ownership of the tracking module in a mass-production program.
- Mass-production delivery experience with Camera + LiDAR + Radar object-level fusion.
- Research or deployment experience in early fusion.
- SLAM project experience (e.g., LIO-SAM, FAST-LIO, VINS) and familiarity with tightly coupled state estimation.
- Publications at robotics/autonomous-driving conferences such as ICRA or IROS, or strong results on public tracking/detection benchmarks such as nuScenes, Waymo, or KITTI.
