This role focuses on building backend infrastructure for autonomous driving data platforms, covering the full data lifecycle from sensor ingestion and scene mining to dataset management, cloud-scale simulation, and model evaluation.
- Developing and maintaining core backend services across the data closed loop.
- Building high-performance data pipelines for LiDAR, camera, and radar data.
- Developing scene mining, anomaly detection, semantic search, and active learning capabilities.
- Building cloud-scale simulation infrastructure, including job scheduling, scene management, and automated evaluation.
- Designing data storage, versioning, traceability, and quality management systems.
- Providing data services, APIs, and dataset interfaces to accelerate algorithm development.
- Collaborating with algorithm, annotation, and simulation teams to improve platform performance and efficiency.

- 必須
-
・Bachelor's degree or above in CS or a related field; 3+ years of backend engineering experience in data platforms or autonomous driving data closed-loop systems
・Proficiency in Python, Go, or Java; solid system-level design skills with a strong emphasis on production code quality
・Hands-on production experience with distributed computing frameworks (Spark, Ray, or Flink); able to identify and resolve performance issues at scale
・Experience with data versioning or Lakehouse architecture (Iceberg, Hudi, or Delta Lake), or platform-level dataset lineage systems
・Practical experience with workflow orchestration tools (Airflow, Dagster, or Argo)
・Clear understanding of the autonomous driving data closed-loop flow; able to communicate directly with algorithm engineers

・Kubernetes experience; PB-scale object storage or cloud-native data platform development
・Actively uses AI coding tools (LLM/Copilot) as part of daily engineering workflow
