Lead full-stack design and development of core data platform tools, including multimodal annotation, dataset management, training scheduling, and simulation management.
Build React and TypeScript interfaces for annotation workflows, task management, and large-scale data visualization.
Develop backend APIs using NestJS or similar Node.js frameworks, integrating Python services and multimodal data storage.
Integrate AI capabilities such as VLM/LLM-assisted annotation, RAG-based scene retrieval, and natural-language data queries.
Collaborate with backend and algorithm teams to deliver platform features, improve workflows, and standardize systems.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, with 3+ years of full-stack development experience and proven end-to-end product delivery.
Understanding of autonomous driving data workflows, including data collection, annotation, training, or simulation.
Strong React and TypeScript skills, including component design, Hooks, state management, and UI performance optimization.
Experience building complex interactive interfaces using Vite/Webpack.
Node.js backend experience (NestJS/Express/Koa), including RESTful API design, layered architecture, PostgreSQL/MySQL, and Python microservice integration.

・Engineering experience integrating VLM/LLM pre-annotation, RAG retrieval, or AI-assisted data tooling into production workflows
・End-to-end development of annotation tools or data management systems (alignment through launch through iteration, with active real users)
・WebGL/Three.js experience with point cloud or 3D scene visualization rendering
・Production experience with task queues or workflow engines (BullMQ, Temporal); designed complex state machines
・Data visualization (ECharts/Antd Charts/D3): high-performance large-dataset tables and charts
・Docker/Kubernetes; able to independently containerize and deploy services
・Active user of AI coding tools (Cursor/Copilot) with concrete productivity gains
