Job Summary: Customer Centricity！
The position is responsible for developing and executing brand marketing and commercial strategy for Hill’s Colgate Japan to achieve the brand's short and long term business growth and marketing objectives. Responsibilities include developing brand/product strategies driving product innovation （including new product launches） and executing commercial initiatives by leading cross functional teams including agency partners. Grounded in a customer centric mindset focused on veterinarians and pet owners and under the direction of the Marketing Manager this position is expected to lead brand initiatives to meet business objectives driving sales growth by earning customer advocacy for the brand.

応募資格

必須: Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or higher
Marketing experience in consumer packaged goods or the healthcare industry
Ability to prioritize customer （veterinarian/pet owner） needs analyze product value and build/execute action plans
Ability to identify key issues tasks and resources to lead cross functional teams and drive projects forward
Ability to understand the financial and business impact of programs and initiatives
Analytical skills to derive insightful conclusions from available data and research
Multi project management and planning skills
Computer skills （Excel Word PowerPoint across platforms）
Strong English communication and negotiation skills with domestic and global stakeholders
