The job responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
(i) Evaluating and underwriting properties for potential investment;
(ii) Reviewing asset management reports on the performance of the firm’s investments;
(iii) Evaluating recommendations provided by third-party asset managers or consultants regarding existing investments;
(iv) Conducting research activities regarding supply and demand trends, current market rents, and recent sale transactions;
(v) Conducting site inspections of existing or prospective investments; and
(vi) Preparing Excel, PowerPoint and other presentation materials.

A minimum of three to five years’ work experience in the real estate, accounting or financial services industries is required.
The ideal candidate will (i) have strong quantitative skills, (ii) be fluent in English and Japanese, (iii) have coursework and/or work experience related to financial accounting, and (iv) have a thorough command of Excel and PowerPoint.
