【業務内容詳細】
Position title: HR BP
Reports to: HR Head
Team structure: 3-4 on HR BP team in Japan including this role
- Link business and talent strategy as an HR partner, building capability development frameworks with APAC HR.
- Lead talent management, succession planning, leadership development, and organizational development.
- Work with senior and line managers on talent reviews, assessments, and career development to build a strong future pipeline.
- Support your department as an HRBP by solving organizational issues, developing talent, and improving engagement.

- 必須
-
- 7+ years of HR experience, including 3+ years in talent management or HRBP roles.
- Hands-on experience with succession planning and talent reviews.
- Experience in training planning and skills development.
- Native-level Japanese and business-level English.
- Strong logical and analytical thinking, with the ability to adapt quickly to change and deliver with speed and efficiency.
- Good scheduling and task management skills, and the ability to work independently.
- A team player with integrity, honesty, optimism, and respect for others.
