■ チーム体制・レポートライン
日本法人のCFOへ直属でレポートし、IT・BIツールに精通したFP&Aメンバー1名のマネジメントを担当します。また、Oracleを運用する約10名の経理・財務チームとも密に連携し、盤石な体制のもとで推進力を発揮いただけます。※弊社からご紹介した経理マネージャーがすでに入社しており、非常に良好なパフォーマンスを発揮されています！

Responsibilities:
- Finance Co-pilot & Decision Support: Partner with Operations and Management, delivering data-driven insights and financial analysis to guide strategic decisions and long-term planning.
- P&L & Budget Management: Co-own the cost budget with the CFO, lead in-depth P&L and overhead analysis, and drive accurate forecasting.
- Reporting & Consolidation: Consolidate financial metrics across Excel and internal systems, delivering analytical commentaries and supplementary reports for key stakeholders.
- Automation & Process Improvement: Drive financial automation to ensure data integrity, streamline workflows, and identify business opportunities and risk mitigation plans.
- Team Collaboration: Active team member contributing to continuous improvement, operational capability building, and overall business objectives.

- 必須

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance with 10+ years of progressive finance experience, including 5+ years in FP&A (FMCG industry preferred).
- Advanced Excel proficiency with a strong passion for finance automation tools.
- Deep understanding of core business processes, with a proven track record as a Finance Business Partner.
- Exceptional communication, listening, and decision-making skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority.
