前臨床（薬効薬理・毒性・ADME）のご経験のある方は歓迎です。
（雇入れ直後）
1. Lead internal oncology research projects and external collaborations by defining scientific objectives research plans deliverables timelines and decision criteria.

2. Plan oversee and interpret appropriate non clinical pharmacology studies including in vitro and in vivo studies to support target validation drug candidate selection mechanism of action studies and project advancement.

3. Serve as a scientific representative in cross functional teams and collaborate effectively with internal functions and external partners to integrate data identify risks and provide clear recommendations.

4. Manage coach and develop scientists including setting priorities providing regular feedback supporting career development and fostering a collaborative and high performing team environment.

応募資格

必須: 【応募要件 / Qualifications】

＜必須 / Required＞
・PhD with 10+ years or MS with 13+ years of relevant experience in pharmacology oncology cancer biology or antibody drug conjugate research field
・Research or drug discovery experience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry
・Experience in planning conducting and interpreting pharmacology studies
・Experience in managing coaching and developing scientists
・Ability to work effectively in cross functional and global teams
・Well balanced communication skills （active passive） in own language and in English
