仕事内容: 【Purpose of this Job】
Lead Marketing Communication activities and solutions that deliver business results aligned with brand identity, positioning and commercial planning.
Role level (Leader/Specialist) determined based on experience.

【Your Responsibilities】
・Proactively contribute among Leaders within Marketing team to marketing plan/output to deliver to common objectives and goals.
・Secure consistency of marketing communication across brand and commercial communication from global and local deliverables/activities.
・Contribute to integrated process for marketing communication development by working with Communications and Digital Customer Meeting Point (DCMP) teams, to secure one voice in the market and maximize business/consumer impact.
・Support development plans in local communication activities in collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders.
・Support all initiatives within and outside commercial included in the agreed communication plan. .

応募資格

必須: • Formal qualifications in Marketing or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Marketing, including experience of 360 Marketing & Communication Campaigns and delivering results
• Strong experience in the creative process of campaigns – on company or agency side
• Experience of taking insights from data to inform and develop marketing communications strategy and clear directions
• Experience in project leading (planning, time and budget management, driving output and measuring business performance)
• Ability to communicate cross-functionally with a variety of stakeholders to deliver to common goals and objectives
• Passion for IKEA as a brand and its vision
• Currently resident in Japan
• Business level English, Native level Japanese
