■SCM部門をリード

APACの部門責任者へのレポートラインとなり、約30名のチームの一員として業務を進めます。経営層や各部門の責任者と連携しながら、迅速な意思決定に関わることができるポジションです！

【業務内容詳細】
-Lead country-level logistics and supply chain planning, including demand forecasting, procurement, and order fulfillment.
-Oversee customer demand planning and end-to-end order fulfillment to ensure timely and reliable delivery.
-Manage procurement planning across internal manufacturing sites and external suppliers to ensure supply continuity.
-Drive logistics cost management and continuous optimization of inventory levels, transportation costs, and overall supply chain efficiency.
-Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational excellence, streamline processes, and strengthen supply chain performance.
-Optimize supply chain systems and processes through ERP enhancements, digitalization, automation, AI-enabled solutions, and supply chain modeling.
-Strengthen cross-functional collaboration, information transparency, and demand-supply alignment through structured planning and coordination processes.
-Lead and develop the logistics team through organizational transformation, competency development, and talent management, while providing regular operational and performance updates to relevant stakeholders.
- 応募資格

- 必須
-
-10+ years of experience in logistics or supply chain management.
-Bachelor's Degree.
-Business-level Japanese
-Business-level English
-Strong customer-centric mindset with a proven focus on achieving business objectives and operational results.
-Continuous improvement (CIP) mindset, with the ability to identify opportunities for process optimization and operational excellence.
-Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and leadership, with the ability to drive initiatives and engage cross-functional teams.
-Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
