【業務内容詳細】
-Manage end-to-end inbound supply chain activities, including procurement planning across external suppliers and internal manufacturing sites.
-Oversee inventory management, including safety stock optimization, inventory monitoring, and stock level control.
-Drive the implementation and utilization of material planning and supply chain modeling tools to enhance planning accuracy and efficiency.
-Lead and support procurement process optimization initiatives to improve operational effectiveness and supply chain performance.
-Monitor supplier performance, focusing on production capacity, delivery reliability, and supply continuity.
-Ensure on-time material availability through effective planning, digital tools, proactive communication, and timely escalation.
-Collaborate with suppliers and internal stakeholders to address supply constraints and resolve delivery issues.
-Support supplier development and risk mitigation initiatives to strengthen supply chain resilience and ensure business continuity.
- 応募資格

- 必須
-
-5+ years of experience in procurement planning or supply chain management.
-Bachelor's Degree.
-Business-level Japanese.
-Business-level English.
-Strong knowledge of SAP processes and system configuration, with the ability to optimize planning workflows.
-Customer-focused mindset with a strong sense of ownership, accountability, and commitment to results.
-Continuous improvement (CIP) mindset, with a proactive approach to process optimization and operational efficiency.
-Good communication and collaboration skills.
