外資IT系企業での募集です。子会社のFinance責任者として活躍いただきます。部下2名のマネジメントが発生いたします。
管理部門責任者・ファイナンシャルコントローラーのご経験のある方は歓迎です。
AccountingはAccoutantが対応するため、FP A領域メインの業務となります。
レポートラインは国内となります。
- 応募資格

- 必須
-
・Minimum 10 years of relevant Finance experience with strong experience in FP A including business partnering financial planning forecasting and financial analysis. Accounting and/or Controllership experience is preferred.
・Minimum 3 years of people management experience with demonstrated ability to lead and develop Finance professionals.
・Strong Finance Business Partnering capabilities with the ability to understand business drivers challenge assumptions constructively and influence business decisions.
・Strong analytical and problem solving skills including demonstrated experience in developing and implementing financial and operational performance indicators.
