【業務内容詳細】
-Purchase products from overseas factories to meet the needs of customers in Japan.
-Handle daily administrative tasks related to purchasing and imports.
-Work with the Sales team and other departments to plan product orders.
-Make sure enough products are available to meet customer needs.
-Monitor stock levels and help maintain the right amount of inventory.
-Contact overseas factories to get product and delivery information, and share updates with the relevant teams.
-Arrange imports and deliveries to designated warehouses in Japan, or guide team members who handle these tasks.
-Share updates with the Sales and Customer Service teams, identify possible delays or issues, and work together to find solutions.
- 応募資格

- 必須
-
-10+ years of experience in overseas purchasing and import/export operations.
-Bachelor's Degree.
-Business-level Japanese.
-Business-level English.
-Experience planning purchases based on customer demand and product needs.
-Experience working for a manufacturing company is a plus.
-At least 5 years of experience leading a team as a manager or team leader.
-Experience using SAP is a plus.
-Ability to work well with team members and other departments.
-Ability to manage several tasks at the same time.
-Good communication skills and a proactive attitude.
