世界トップクラスの外資系製薬企業での募集です。・EHS Manager （Non line Manager） responsible for leading Environmental Health Safety （EHS） activities across Japan.
労務・労政のご経験のある方は歓迎です。
・Drive compliance with local regulations and global EHS standards while implementing corporate EHS strategies.
・Lead safety health sustainability and occupational health programs across offices research and manufacturing sites.
・Ensure audit readiness conduct internal audits and oversee corrective and preventive actions （CAPAs）.
・Strengthen the EHS culture through training continuous improvement and stakeholder engagement.
・Partner closely with HR Legal Business IT and global teams to promote a safe and sustainable workplace.
- 応募資格
-
- 必須
-
・5+ years of EHS management experience in a corporate environment.
・Class 2 Health Supervisor certification required; Class 1 certification preferred.
・Proven experience managing complex projects and stakeholders in an international environment.
・Strong audit management communication and senior stakeholder management skills.
・Business level English native level Japanese and a relevant Master's degree preferred.
