本ポジションは、プロダクト部門を担当するスタンドアロンポジションになります。海外出身のGM直属。経営層に近い立場で主体的に業務を進められる環境です。

【業務内容詳細】
-Act as the main contact for internal and external customers and provide timely and accurate information on products, projects, quality, delivery, and business updates.
-Maintain good relationships with customers and internal teams to ensure clear communication and understanding of customer needs.
-Manage customer escalations, coordinate issue resolution, and provide regular updates to customers until issues are closed.
-Coordinate with Engineering, Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, Service, and other relevant teams to ensure customer commitments are met on time.
-Develop and follow up on action plans to resolve customer issues and manage risks related to delivery, quality, cost, and product performance.
-Collect and review customer feedback to identify problems and opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and business performance.
-Monitor customer performance, key performance indicators (KPIs), open issues, and action plans. Prepare regular reports and updates for management.
-Support management reviews, ensure clear ownership of customer-related actions, and drive continuous improvement across the organization.

- 必須
-
-5+ years of experience in Manufacturing, Supply Chain, or Engineering.
-Bachelor’s degree.
-Business-level Japanese.
-Business-level English.
-Basic knowledge of quality standards and continuous improvement methods.
-Experience in customer communication, problem-solving, and root cause analysis.
-Knowledge of SAP, supply chain processes, and Microsoft Office.
-Experience in project management, change management, and working with global teams.
-Strong customer focus, teamwork, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and deliver results on time.
