募集要項

仕事内容: 外資ラグジュアリーブランドでの募集です。
経理（非上場）のご経験のある方は歓迎です。
・Operational oversight of AR/AP/Treasury （cash application payment processing cash flow confirmation etc.）
・Monthly closing （running a closing process with the audit trail needed for statutory audit readiness）
・Driving process automation and efficiency including further automating already outsourced work
・Building and strengthening documentation of internal controls （segregation of duties approval matrices）
・Serving as the coordination point for internal audit and statutory （financial） audit response （technical accounting matters handled with the General Manager/external specialists）
・Development and management of the team （4 members） supporting their transition from data entry to accountability based work
・Coordination and quality management of outsourced/BPO partners jointly driving automation
・Planning and driving of AI/automation enabled process improvement
・Ad hoc reporting and project execution

応募資格

必須: ・10+ years of accounting/finance experience in a mid sized company （500 700 employees）; any industry background welcomes
・Hands on experience with monthly closing
・Experience building/documenting internal controls and supporting statutory audit response
・Experience leading process automation/improvement projects
・5+ years of recent team management experience including a track record of coaching and developing team members with diverse circumstances
・Management experience at a foreign affiliated company （preferred）
