外資製薬での募集です。・Lead and prepare business plans monthly forecasts and strategic plans in alignment with regional and corporate processes.
管理会計のご経験のある方は歓迎です。
・Provide financial insights and advice to the leadership team on business opportunities budgeting forecasting and pricing strategies.
・Oversee month end closing processes and manage deliverables to ensure reporting accuracy.
・Define and run local governance processes to track business decisions and results based on critical financial and non financial KPIs.
・Partner with commercial teams to support projects focused on revenue and profitability improvements including ROI analysis for marketing initiatives.

Experience: Minimum 10 years of relevant work experience in finance within a multi national company
Top Skills: Strong accounting foundations （US GAAP preferred） and deep expertise in financial planning and reporting processes.
