日本法人のカントリーマネージャーや事業責任者、APACの財務責任者といった経営幹部と密に連携するポジションです。地域統括のキーマンに対してファイナンス面から直接アプローチし、事業へ実質的なインパクトを与えたい方にぴったりな機会です。
■ チーム体制とレポートライン
日本法人の事業部門ディレクターへレポート（APAC財務へもレポート）し、SAPを活用する4名の会計・財務チームと協働します。国際的なマトリックス組織の中で、グローバル水準の財務運用に携わりたい方に絶好のポジションです。
■ 週2日ペースでの在宅勤務が可能なハイブリッドワーク
週2日ペースでリモートワークを活用可能です。リモート日を連続して取得して「リフレッシュ期間」を作ったり、月次決算のピーク時に集中して業務に取り組むなど、柔軟な働き方ができます。自律的にスケジュールをコントロールし、メリハリをつけた働き方を実現したい方に魅力的な環境です。
Responsibilities:
- Support long-range financial planning, policies, and internal fiscal controls.
- Advise management on key financial decisions to safeguard company assets.
- Manage external relationships with auditors, tax advisors, banks, and financial partners.
- Oversee financial record-keeping, monthly/quarterly/annual closings, and financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet).
- Analyze balance sheet items, resolve outstanding accounts, and ensure proper supply chain accounting treatment.
- Manage local tax compliance, documentation, and reporting while minimizing tax exposure.
- Drive variance analysis (Plan vs. Actual), monthly management reporting, and forecasting/budgeting processes.
- Analyze key financial drivers: cost trends, pricing, product/service profitability, and cash flow.
- Evaluate capital expenditure requests and investment proposals to support decision-making.
- Manage daily treasury operations, payment planning, liquidity, and FX monitoring.
- Serve as the main point of contact for banking and financial institution relationships.
- Partner cross-functionally to streamline workflows, enhance efficiency, and strengthen internal controls.
- Support financial system upgrades, process standardization, and continuous operational improvements.

- 必須

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- 10+ years of accounting and finance experience, preferably within a multinational or manufacturing environment.
- Strong expertise in core accounting, financial reporting, and full closing cycles (month-end/year-end).
- Hands-on experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, tax compliance, audit, and internal controls.
- Solid grasp of supply chain accounting and how business operations impact financial statements.
- Proficiency in ERP/accounting systems and reporting tools.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication capabilities.
