Amondz Lab is a fast growing Korean startup specializing in the jewelry and accessories industry.

Through its unique curated marketplace model the company connects emerging and established jewelry brands with consumers via both online and offline channels creating a differentiated shopping experience.

As part of its global expansion strategy Amondz Lab is establishing and scaling its presence in Japan and is seeking an entrepreneurial Country Manager to lead business growth in the market.

■Responsibilities
1. Retail Partnership Development Management
Develop and expand relationships with department stores shopping malls station retail facilities lifestyle stores and mass retailers
Drive sales growth through strategic partnerships
Plan and execute popup stores and offline promotional events
Negotiate commercial agreements with retail partners
Identify new distribution opportunities and growth channels

応募資格

必須: ■Requirements （Must・have）:
Proven B2B sales experience with retail partners such as department stores shopping malls station retail facilities specialty retailers or mass market retail chains.
Demonstrated experience in both new business development and account management.
Track record of expanding sales channels and driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships.
Strong communication stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
Self motivated proactive and comfortable working in a fast paced entrepreneurial environment.

■Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in the jewelry accessories fashion beauty or lifestyle industries.
Experience acquiring and managing brands merchants or partners for e commerce platforms marketplaces…
