• Portfolio Leadership: Drive planning, prioritization, and execution of strategic initiatives aligned with business/tech goals while ensuring project visibility, risks, and outcome tracking.
• PMO Leadership: Mentor CITID PMs, establish PM standards and governance frameworks, and foster accountability and execution excellence.
• Executive Stakeholders: Act as trusted advisor to CITID leadership on investments and risks, facilitate steering committees, and align cross-functional stakeholders.
• Program Delivery: Oversee complex infrastructure programs and deliver key transformations (modernization, workplace tech, security, and AI/automation).

Mandatory Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in Program Management, PMO, or IT Project Management.
- 5+ years of people management experience leading project managers or PMO teams.
- Proven experience managing large-scale enterprise technology portfolios and strategic programs.
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and executive communication skills.
- Experience establishing governance frameworks and driving organizational change.
- Business-level English communication skills.
