ピュア・フィッシング・ジャパン株式会社での募集です。This is a great opportunity for a highly motivated and action driven E commerce marketer. You will work within the dynamic and fast paced Japan Sales Team as E commerce Manager owning the direction presentation and integrity of an E commerce account and Owned D2C platform with selection of leading brands in the Pure Fishing Portfolio.

This role will be responsible for delivery the commercial results of our overarching e commerce strategy （revenue growth margin performance） along with consumer traffic metrics. The core KPI’s will be revenues margins and consumer traffic.
Reporting to the Country manager Japan as well as related E commerce person this important role is responsible for:
Deliver and optimise the execution of Digital channel strategy
D2C platform management
B2B platform management
E commerce channel management
advertising SEO product marketing digital platforms management trade marketing and reporting.

Requirements:
・ +7 years E commerce sales experience prior experience with Shopify and Amazon required
・ Experience in a global business environment working cross functionally with product sales logistics and leadership.
・ Products related to fishing and camping are preferred.
