【業務内容詳細】
Sourcing Program Leadership
- Support client teams in running structured sourcing projects, keeping steps, milestones, and deliverables on track
- Gather client goals, product requirements, supplier selection criteria, and cost targets, and share them with internal teams across regions
- Run project meetings and maintain progress trackers, action logs, risk lists, and decision records
- Work alongside client specialists and internal teams to plan the approach and support execution
- Raise issues constructively when recommendations lack supporting data or market insight
Product Development & Innovation Support
- Support product development and innovation initiatives beyond the core sourcing work
- As clients take over day-to-day sourcing operations, shift into consulting on product development, problem identification, and solution proposals
Value Creation
- Go beyond cost reduction and quotation collection, using sourcing projects to build supplier relationships and drive category-level value, innovation, and long-term growth
- Develop specific proposals together with internal specialist teams
Tools & Systems Support
- Act as the local expert on the sourcing platform after setup, answering user questions and feeding improvements back to internal specialist teams
- Support bid evaluation reporting, basic user training, and IT coordination on an ongoing basis

- 必須

- 7+ years of experience in supply chain, product development, innovation, consulting, program management, procurement, category management, vendor management, or related fields
- Experience supporting complex, cross-functional projects involving multiple stakeholders, schedules, and deliverables
- Strong client-facing ability to drive projects forward through influence, coaching, and constructive recommendations without direct authority
- Native-level Japanese and business-level (or above) English, both written and spoken — able to clearly understand and explain work content in English meetings with US HQ and European teams held several times a week
- Able to support adoption of business systems/procurement platforms (system-administrator-level expertise not required)
