■チーム体制について
日本のManaging Directorへのレポートラインとなり、2名の部下をマネジメントいただきます。Managing Directorと近い距離で連携しながら、少数精鋭のチームで実務にも深く携われるポジションです。

週1回の在宅勤務が可能です。仕事とプライベートのバランスを大切にしたい方や、家庭との両立をしながら働きたい方にもおすすめです。
【業務内容詳細】
-Manage overall supply chain activities and identify areas for improvement across purchasing, production, logistics, and inventory.
-Manage supplier relationships and support reliable and cost-effective sourcing from both local and international suppliers.
-Improve purchasing processes, supplier agreements, and supply continuity to reduce supply risks.
-Improve production planning and processes to ensure materials are available when needed and operations run smoothly.
-Manage logistics activities, including transportation costs, delivery times, and relationships with logistics service providers.
-Monitor and improve inventory levels, reduce excess stock, and maintain accurate supply chain information.
-Improve SCM team processes, responsibilities, and ways of working while supporting team development and knowledge sharing.
-Prepare regular supply chain reports, monitor key performance indicators, and provide data and analysis to support management decisions.

- 必須
-
-10+ years of experience in SCM.
-5+ years of management experience is a plus.
-Bachelor's Degree.
-Business-level Japanese.
-Business-level English.
-Experience using ERP systems, Microsoft Office, and other supply chain management tools.
-Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage priorities and work effectively under pressure.
-Results-oriented and self-motivated, with the ability to take initiative and work independently.
-Strong communication, negotiation, and coordination skills when working with different internal and external stakeholders.
-Experience in the automotive or manufacturing industry is a plus.
