An international medical technology company is looking for a Service/Logistics Manager.Responsibilities:
* Oversee service activities and manage the team
* Provide field service support
* Ensure service and logistics procedures are consistently followed
* Supervise warehouse activities
* Manage company inventory, including finished goods, service stock, demo units, and loaners, and lead inventory counts
* Serve as the focal point for communication with HQ on service and logistics matters
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or above in a scientific discipline (engineering)
* Experience in technical customer support
* Professional level Japanese; proficient in English
Preferred requirements:
* Experience in the medical or aesthetic industry
* Experience in domestic and international logistics
* Team management experience
* ERP experience
