■Summary:
The Finance Manager is a key member of the Finance team and is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting while supporting business planning and decision making across the organization.

Working in a lean and highly collaborative Finance team the role requires a hands on professional who can independently manage a broad range of Finance activities while also providing financial analysis and business insights to management and business stakeholders.

The position covers a broad range of responsibilities including accounting and closing financial reporting budgeting and forecasting performance management cash flow management audit support and continuous improvement of Finance processes.

応募資格

必須: Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance Accounting Business Administration or a related field.
Approximately 7・10 years of relevant experience in Finance and/or Accounting preferably in a multinational environment.
Solid knowledge and practical experience with IFRS.
Strong hands on experience with financial closing accounting and management reporting.
Solid experience in budgeting forecasting financial analysis and performance management.
Ability to independently manage a broad range of Finance activities and provide effective backup to the Head of Finance when required.
Strong analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to identify key financial drivers risks and opportunities.
