■SCM全体をリード
日本国内のSCM機能全般をお任せするポジションです。海外本社との交渉から輸入、在庫管理、3PL、受注・出荷管理まで幅広く携わり、業務プロセスの改善やチーム強化をリードできます。
■経営層との連携
Country Managerへのレポートラインとなり、少数精鋭のチームをマネジメントします。経営層と近い距離活躍できるポジションです。

【業務内容詳細】
Demand & Supply Planning
- Develop short- and mid/long-term procurement plans based on forecasts, inventory, and lead times
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to improve forecast accuracy
- Manage stockout/excess inventory risks and optimize order timing and quantities
Overseas Procurement & Supplier Management
- Negotiate supply volumes and delivery timing with overseas HQ and global supply chain teams
- Manage supply chain risks and evaluate alternative sourcing options
- Manage selected domestic suppliers, including pricing and quality
Import Operations
- Manage customs clearance with brokers and forwarders
- Coordinate with Quality Assurance/Regulatory Affairs on medical device import compliance
- Optimize import and logistics costs
Domestic Inventory Management
- Set and maintain appropriate inventory levels
- Oversee inventory visibility, physical counts, and accuracy
- Manage expiration and lot-tracking requirements
3PL Management
- Manage 3PL providers and monitor key KPIs
- Review service levels and drive operational improvements
- Optimize logistics costs and service quality
Order & Shipment Management
- Oversee order processing and shipment operations
- Train and manage staff responsible for these functions
- Standardize processes and establish controls to prevent errors
SCM Process Improvement & Modernization
- Review SCM processes and identify improvement opportunities
- Drive process redesign, system implementation, and automation
- Develop KPIs and drive data-driven improvements across SCM
- Lead cross-functional projects with Quality, Sales, Finance, and IT

- 必須
-
- 5+ years of SCM experience at a foreign-affiliated company
- Experience negotiating/communicating in English with overseas HQ/offices (comfortable with web conferencing)
- Experience managing 3PLs or outsourced vendors
- Experience with data analysis and demand/supply planning (Excel, etc.)
- Team management experience (including regular and temp staff)
- Experience leading business process reform (BPR) projects

- Experience in the medical device or pharmaceutical industry (knowledge of relevant regulatory frameworks a plus)
- Business-level English
