An international IT services company is seeking an experienced Project Manager.Responsibilities:
* Lead enterprise data warehouse, BI, and AI platform development projects
* Lead end-to-end delivery of AI and Generative AI solutions
* Drive system development and transformation projects for airline and logistics clients
* Manage system development, integration, testing, and migration projects
* Lead digital platform implementation and delivery for life sciences clients
* Coordinate Japanese stakeholders and global delivery teams
* Manage ServiceNow platform implementation and ITIL process transformation projects
* Manage cloud introduction, migration, and operational modernisation projects
* Lead application managed services transition and steady-state service delivery
* Lead projects using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies
* Coordinate requirements gathering, stakeholder alignment, and project reporting
Requirements:
* 5-12 years of experience in IT project management
* Strong client-facing experience, including requirements gathering, stakeholder alignment, and project reporting
* Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies
* Business level Japanese (JLPT N2+)
Preferred requirements:
* Background with a consulting firm, SIer, or global IT vendor
* Industry or domain expertise in Financial Services, Trading Companies, Airlines, Logistics, Life Sciences, Pharmaceuticals, Manufacturing, Data and AI, Cloud, or ServiceNow and ITSM
* Possess a valid PMP, PRINCE2, CSM, or equivalent project management certification
