A multinational automotive technology company is looking for an Assistant Finance Manager.Responsibilities:
* Manage accounting operations within the factory and lead the accounting team
* Oversee monthly and annual closing processes and prepare financial reports
* Prepare financial statements, variance analysis, and internal reporting
* Manage costs and budgets and support financial control of the factory
* Establish and operate internal control systems
* Drive finance and accounting process improvements
* Provide on-the-job training to team members
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or above
* More than 5 years of experience in accounting or finance
* Experience with monthly and yearly closing processes
* Management experience
* Proficiency in MS PPT and MS Excel including VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and advanced data analysis functions
* Native level Japanese (JLPT N1); business level English
Preferred requirements:
* Accounting experience in the manufacturing industry
* Experience in cost accounting or management accounting
* Experience in process improvement
* Experience collaborating across multiple departments
* Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems
* Possess a valid Bookkeeping Certification Level 2+
