We are looking for a Partner Manager to join our Monetization Product Partnerships team with focus on supporting business development and partner management for our ecosystem of partners. Partnerships are a critical means of scaling interactions between TikTok users and advertisers across the region. As a Partner Manager you will focus on both existing partners and new business development centered around solutions designed to allow businesses to thrive on TikTok. The team’s culture mirrors that of a small start up; a team of entrepreneurs and leaders with an eye for what's next. 広告業界やデジタルマーケティングの強力なバックグラウンド
内外の様々な階層のオーディエンスへのプレゼンテーション経験
定量的・分析的スキル
英語の流暢さ、国際チームでの勤務経験

組織的でプロセス指向の「ビルダー」
戦略的思考ができる一方で、手を動かして実行することも楽しめる方
優先事項や責任が変わる環境でも活躍し、明確なロードマップがなくても自信を持って決断できる
