The Advertiser Experience team plays a critical role in balancing risk and revenue across advertising and business operations while ensuring the quality of advertisers on our platform.
In this role you will engage with selected clients who aim to achieve business success through our platform by providing various forms of strategic consultation and support. You will apply a solution oriented approach to policy and technical issues while collaborating closely with Sales and cross functional partners to identify key opportunities that maximize advertiser experience and business outcomes.
This role requires a strong client centric mindset and the ability to proactively identify and deliver new opportunities that create mutual value for both advertisers and the platform.

■必須資格
・ 顧客対応業務または営業サポート業務において5年以上の経験があり、データに対する高い感性と分析能力を備えていること。
・広告の健全性、コンプライアンス、または「Trust Safety」関連業務における実務経験。
・曖昧さや変化の激しい環境を乗り切る経験を持ち、起業家精神を備えていること。
・急速に変化する環境において、タスクの優先順位付けと効果的な管理ができることが実証されていること。
・中国、日本、シンガポールなど、さまざまな地域のステークホルダーと連携して業務を行うため、ビジネスレベルの日本語および英語のコミュニケーション能力（読み書き・会話）が必要です。
望ましい資格・経験
インターネット、ハイテク、データ分析、ビジネス分析、またはコンサルティング業界での経験がある方を歓迎します。
