【業務内容詳細】
<About the Role>
We're hiring an HR Business Partner who can be a real thought partner to the business, who helps shape where the organization is headed. You'll work across a matrix structure, build relationships at every level, and get things done in an environment that's genuinely in the middle of change. If you like ambiguity, enjoy building trust with people, and want a hand in shaping how HR actually works here, this is a good fit.
Part of the role is helping employees make sense of HR policies and programs. That means close collaboration and building the kind of culture where people want to grow and improve.
<What You'll Do>
- Partner with the business on org development, succession planning, talent growth, workforce planning, and employee relations
- Lead HR strategic projects from idea to execution. You'll own these, not just support them
- Work closely with our HR Center of Excellence to deliver strong HR services and a better employee experience
- Build real working relationships with domestic business leaders and our global APAC HR functions, including Compensation and HR Ops

- 5+ years in HR, with real HRBP experience
- Comfortable working in global, matrixed organizations
- Solid, well-rounded HR knowledge, not just one specialty
- Native Japanese and conversational English, with a willingness to keep improving it
- A good communicator, a sharp thinker, and a natural problem-solver
- Genuinely interested in being part of an HR transformation, not just watching it happen
