Compliance Officer｜金融グループのコンプライアンス体制を構築・強化するDepartment Introduction and Overview:
The Group Compliance Department ("GCD") serves as the compliance department of the organization, responsible for supervising and enhancing the compliance risk management framework of domestic and overseas group companies. In addition, GCD engages in various planning, strategy formulation, and promotion related to compliance operations.
Responsibility and Duties:
The candidate will be responsible for one or more of the following tasks:
- Project Management: Planning and promoting various projects (VP to ED)
- Compliance Risk Management: Conducting compliance risk management tasks (risk assessment, analysis, testing, etc.), building infrastructure related to compliance risk management, etc. (AS to ED)
- Planning: Supporting departmental operations, preparing and reporting materials for management and various committees, budget formulation and management, etc. (AS to VP)

・金融機関での勤務経験
・コンサルティングファームでの上記職務の実務経験
・チームワークを重視し、心理的安全性を大切にできる姿勢
・複数のプロジェクトを同時に優先順位をつけて管理できる能力
・JSDA、証券外務員一種資格
