IT Risk and Control Specialist｜グローバル金融機関で規制対応とリスク管理を推進■ Job Overview
A global financial services group operates an Information Technology division with employees of over 25 nationalities, working on technical support, application development and system changes for Global Wholesale (Global Markets and Investment Banking) and Retail Wealth Management Business.
The Wholesale IT regional Risk and Control team member will provide strategic service to achieve and maintain full compliance with the organization's Risk and Control Framework and Regional Regulatory requirements. The position combines critical thinking, regulatory environment savviness, relationship building and delivery excellence.
Reporting to the regional IT Risk and Control lead, the candidate will serve as the key liaison between regulators, regional management and corporate stakeholders, ensuring seamless adoption of regulatory mandates, including Economic Security Promotion Act (ESPA), and the Technology Risk Framework.

・Bachelor's degree in information technology or similar field
・Minimum 5 years of relevant IT Risk & Control experience in the financial industry
・Fluent in both English and Japanese, written and spoken at business level or above
・Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
・Strong analytical skills and the ability to learn new systems and products quickly
・Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to perform under pressure

・第三者管理経験（契約条件の審査およびサブベンダー関係の管理を含む）
・オペレーショナルリスク・フレームワークに関する知識（ポリシー、コントロール、リスク分類、イベント、リスク評価を含む）
・テクノロジースタック、アプリケーションコンポーネント、技術アーキテクチャの理解
・主要なテクノロジープロセスにおける経験（インシデント管理、変更管理、SDLC、DevOps、データ管理、資産管理、クラウド、コントロール管理、RCSA、リスク管理）
・JSDA（日本証券業協会）販売代理人資格
