【業務内容詳細】
Import/Export & Logistics
- Coordinate import/export activities and related documentation
- Ensure compliance with customs and trade regulations
- Resolve customs or shipping issues in coordination with internal/external stakeholders
- Manage domestic and international logistics activities, coordinating with contract manufacturers, 3PLs, warehouses, freight forwarders, and customs brokers
- Provide delivery/inbound scheduling instructions to distribution centers and monitor shipment status
- Ensure logistics execution is accurate and on schedule
Vendor & Contract Manufacturer Management
- Manage relationships with external logistics providers and contract manufacturers
- Conduct regular performance reviews and drive service improvements
- Coordinate corrective actions when issues arise
- Contribute to SOP updates

- 必須

- 3–5 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, import/export, or a related field
- Experience managing 3PLs, freight forwarders, or logistics vendors
- Knowledge of import/export procedures and trade compliance
- Experience with SAP or another ERP system
- Business-level Japanese and English (reading & writing required)
- Strong operational execution ability
- University degree
