The Marketing Science Measurement team is responsible for interpreting advertising performance across our platform. We partner with advertisers and agencies to optimize campaign effectiveness delivering actionable insights that drive measurable outcomes and meaningful behavior change.
Responsibilities:
Drive growth across the designated market expanding adoption of core measurement solutions
Partner with clients and agencies to deliver high quality measurement that deepens understanding of platform performance and informs decision making
Identify and lead measurement research opportunities developing learning agendas for Key Accounts
Capture and synthesis client and agency feedback ensuring insights are reflected in product and partnership roadmaps
Collaborate with regional leadership to shape and communicate Measurement Points of Views to global product and measurement teams

■Minimum Qualification（s）
Proven experience in digital advertising marketing organizations or measurement providers with a focus on demonstrating brand or performance ROI
Strong understanding of measurement solutions for global advertisers （e.g. Reach Resonance Reaction）
Track record of delivering measurement insights that have driven tangible behaviour change
Excellent time management and prioritisation skills with a strong focus on outcomes
Ability to work independently maintain high quality output and provide clear strategic guidance
Fluent Japanese and English speaking is a must. Proficiency in English and Japanese is required for effective communication with cross functional teams and key stakeholders ensuring the smooth execution of tasks and …
