■ チーム構成・レポートライン
本ポジションは日本のファイナンス責任者にレポートし、5名の経理スタッフをマネジメントします。システムはSAPを使用しており、効率的な業務運営が可能です。チームマネジメントに挑戦したい方にご活躍いただける体制です。

Responsibilities:
The Finance Manager oversees all financial accounting and tax activities for the Japan business. The role leads monthly and annual closing under US GAAP, supports year‑end reporting under J‑GAAP, and ensures a strong internal control environment across the organization.
- Financial accounting operations: Manage day‑to‑day accounting activities.
- Corporate tax filings: Lead tax submissions and ensure accurate, timely compliance.
- GAAP & SOX compliance: Ensure full compliance with account reconciliation standards, J‑GAAP/US GAAP reporting, and SOX requirements.
- Audit coordination: Work with external auditors, tax auditors, internal auditors, and headquarters.
- AR/AP management: Oversee accounts receivable and accounts payable processes.
- Asset & CapEx tracking: Monitor invested assets and capital expenditures according to policies.
- Cash‑flow management: Manage and forecast cash flow.

- 必須

- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- CPA / Chartered Accountant preferred.
- 8+ years finance or accounting experience.
- Experience with SAP or other major ERP systems.
- Strong knowledge of US GAAP and JGAAP reporting.
- Hands-on experience with Japanese corporate tax filings.
- Solid understanding of financial compliance and internal controls.
- Ability to handle and resolve complex financial issues.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical thinking, judgment, and decision-making.
- Native/Fluent Japanese proficiency.
- Business-level English proficiency.
