【業務内容詳細】
- Lead cross-functional operational improvement initiatives across Japan, keeping local execution aligned with the broader global operations strategy
- Act as the bridge between global strategy and regional execution, driving initiatives that improve performance, asset efficiency, and customer service outcomes
- Work across Operations, Commercial, Supply Chain, Finance, Engineering, Procurement, and Digital teams, influencing senior stakeholders without formal authority
- Deliver sustainable improvements through structured, data-driven problem-solving and disciplined project execution
- Contribute to progress against a regional performance improvement program, tracking financial and operational targets
- Drive improvements in asset utilization, equipment turnaround, transport cost efficiency, and site-level productivity
- Report on benefits delivered versus approved business cases and maintain strong stakeholder engagement across the region

- 必須

- 5–10 years of experience in strategy consulting, operations, supply chain, or logistics
- Track record of leading operational transformation initiatives with measurable business results through structured, data-driven problem-solving
- Strong project/program leadership experience in complex organizations
- Experience influencing senior stakeholders across multiple functions
- Multinational organization experience preferred
- Business-fluent Japanese and English

- Experience in returnable packaging, logistics, or supply chain operations
- Lean Six Sigma, PMP, or Prince2 certification
- Experience with SAP, Power BI, or other analytics platforms
- Experience working with global consulting firms or transformation programs
- German language ability a plus
