【業務内容詳細】
- Lead consolidation of procurement across the group for medications, medical consumables, and medical equipment used across outpatient/specialty clinic operations
- Negotiate directly with distributors/wholesalers to narrow down and build strong partnerships with optimal suppliers
- Lead negotiation of purchase terms (pricing, payment terms, delivery frequency), informed by Japan-specific commercial practices
- Manage group-wide cash flow through procurement cost reduction and optimized payment terms
- Build ordering, inventory management, and clinic delivery systems from scratch
- Establish expiration-date management and FIFO discipline across the supply chain
- Develop and implement a business continuity plan (BCP) for medical supplies/medications to ensure uninterrupted patient care during emergencies
- Coordinate regularly with the global procurement team on strategy alignment and reporting
- Collaborate with clinical, finance, and operations stakeholders on company-wide cost reduction initiatives
- Manage and develop procurement staff across facilities

- Supply chain management expertise — design, operation, and optimization of end-to-end supply chains
- Advanced ERP and Excel skills
- Project management experience building or integrating a procurement function at a healthcare provider or medical device company
- Team management experience
- Native-level Japanese

- Deep knowledge of pharmaceutical distribution and drug pricing systems in Japan, including negotiation experience
- Knowledge of medical consumables distribution and Japanese wholesaler/distributor commercial practices
- Business-level English
