■ 次期ファイナンスリーダー候補へ！
現任のファイナンスディレクター(APAC管掌)は駐在員なので、将来的に別拠点へ異動予定です。そのため、本ポジションは次期ファイナンスディレクターの後任候補として期待されており、予算策定・業績管理・財務分析など FP&A の全領域をリードしながら、より戦略的な意思決定に関わるチャンスが広がっています。キャリアを大きく伸ばしたい方に絶好の機会が広がっています。
■ レポートラインとチーム体制
本ポジションはファイナンスディレクター（非日本籍）にレポートし、FP&A スタッフ 3 名のマネジメントを担います。多様なバックグラウンドを持つメンバーと協働しながら、SAPを活用して財務分析・予算管理を推進する、ダイナミックなチーム環境です。マネジメント力を発揮したい方に最適なポジションです。
Responsibilities:
- Advises Japan leadership on revenue growth, cost control, and profit improvement.
- Leads monthly reviews and performance analysis, delivering actionable insights.
- Uses agile resource allocation, scenario planning, and sensitivity analysis to manage uncertainty.
- Builds financial models and tools for long‑term planning and decision support.
- Oversees the full planning and forecasting cycle, applying scenario and sensitivity analysis.
- Strengthens revenue management through value‑chain, price elasticity, and competitor analysis.
- Partners with sales on pricing, discounts, and margin optimization.
- Manages A&P and SG&A budgets across marketing and operations.
- Works with cross‑functional teams to ensure accurate execution of finance‑related operations.
- Drives process improvements, automation, and system enhancements.
- Manages financial relationships, budgeting, and invoicing with external partners.
- Ensures accurate reporting and compliance with legal and corporate requirements.
- Coordinates internal controls with accounting, credit, and transaction teams.
- Provides clear leadership and direction to the team.
- Builds an inclusive culture and develops future finance talent through coaching and mentoring.

- 必須

- Fluent in Japanese and English.
- 6–8 years of experience in similar finance roles.
- Proven ability to build and manage business processes and internal controls.
- Experience influencing senior management and commercial teams.
- Strong leadership, decision‑making, and stakeholder influence.
- Able to manage multiple tasks and deliver within deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal skills; able to build effective relationships across levels and cultures.
- High integrity and trustworthiness.
- A continuous improvement mindset; able to challenge norms and lead change.
- Comfortable working in a multinational, matrix organization.
- Experience using AI tools and advanced analytics to improve financial workflows and reporting.
- Industry experience in premium consumer goods, or FMCG is a plus.
