【業務内容詳細】 -Plan and coordinate the movement of materials and products to ensure on-time delivery. -Monitor shipments and track inventory, raw materials, and finished products during transportation. -Work with logistics companies, carriers, brokers, and other partners to manage shipments and resolve issues. -Prepare and manage shipping, customs, and import/export documents. -Identify problems in logistics processes and work on improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs. -Ensure transportation activities follow company policies, procedures, and local and international regulations. -Support continuous improvement projects to improve delivery performance, service quality, and logistics costs. -Work with internal teams and external partners to achieve logistics targets and maintain smooth daily operations.

必須
-5+ years of experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain management. -Bachelor’s degree. -Business-level Japanese. -Business-level English. -Experience managing logistics and customs activities in Japan, including domestic and international shipments. -Good understanding of domestic transportation, import, export, customs, and trade processes. -Experience working with logistics companies, carriers, customs brokers, and other transportation partners. -Good relationships with local and international logistics providers and the ability to manage external partners effectively. -Experience with SAP or other logistics systems is preferred, especially SAP GTS or SAP S/4HANA.
