Responsibilities: - Execute monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing (IFRS/J-GAAP). - Review and approve daily/monthly accounting (A/P, A/R, intercompany, B/S reconciliation). - Maintain accurate master data and accounting records - Manage timely and accurate tax filings with external tax advisors. - Support tax reviews, audits, and tax planning with CFO and Global HQ. - Oversee banking operations, manage bank relationships, and forecast cash flow. - Lead internal control activities and ensure compliance with Group/Company policies. - Manage external and internal audits with auditors and Group Internal Audit. - Manage and coach Accounting team members. - Identify operational issues and drive process improvements to streamline workflows and shorten closing cycles.

必須
- 8+ years of broad finance and accounting experience in multinational companies (consumer products preferred). - 3+ years as an Accounting Manager or team lead, with experience in closing and working with auditors. - Strong hands-on knowledge of IFRS, J-GAAP, and HQ reporting. - ERP experience - Solid understanding of internal controls and compliance. - Fluent Japanese and business-level English (strong written communication; intermediate spoken ability). - Detail-oriented with the ability to see the big picture. - Proactive, fast, self-driven, and able to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines. - Strong team player with mature leadership and cross-functional project management skills. - Advanced Excel skills.
