【業務内容詳細】
- Serve as operations lead for the logistics floor: people management, Safety/Quality/Cost/Delivery/Morale (SQCDM) control, logistics execution, and continuous improvement
- Oversee the full logistics flow from receiving through line feeding to shipping, while driving team development and productivity gains
- Conduct induction and ongoing training for new hires, including temp staff; build multi-skill training plans and maintain skill maps
- Forecast staffing/qualification needs based on production planning data; manage attendance, safety, and labor relations; conduct annual reviews
- Run weekly safety briefings, audits, and on-the-job training; ensure compliance with work standards (safety, quality, 5S)
- Maintain preventive maintenance standards for logistics equipment; keep shift-end reporting boards updated
- Propose weekly staffing/organizational structure based on production data; manage material flow and shipment scheduling
- Escalate critical issues to management and drive corrective actions
- Lead productivity and continuous improvement action plans; propose layout optimizations; support new equipment/process rollouts (automation, AGVs, etc.)
- Use structured problem-solving methods (PDCA, root-cause analysis, lessons-learned tracking)
- Participate in budget planning (headcount, expenses, investment) and contribute to logistics cost/performance targets

- 必須

- Hands-on physical logistics management experience on a manufacturing shop floor
- Direct management/coaching experience of shop floor workers and forklift operators (team size: several to dozens)
- Practical, hands-on experience improving shop floor safety, 5S, preventive maintenance, and line-feeding operations
- Business-level Japanese (internal communication)
- Business-level English (external communication and interviews)
