仕事内容: 【1000万/リモート・フレックスあり/急成長外資グローバルバイオ企業】での募集です。
経理（非上場）のご経験のある方は歓迎です。
■Purpose:
The purpose of this position is to ensure the effective operation of accounting functions including Accounts Payable inventory accounting cost accounting and financial closing activities. This role will also drive process improvements strengthen internal controls and support both group and statutory audits contributing to the development of a scalable and efficient finance organization that supports the company's continued growth.

■Responsibilities:
Manage Accounts Payable （AP） processes and ensure accurate accounting treatment and payment execution.
Perform inventory accounting and cost closing activities including month end closing and related analyses.
Support monthly and annual financial closing processes.
Drive process improvement initiatives and strengthen internal controls.
Coordinate and support outside audits and local statutory audits in Japan.
Collaborate with cross functional teams including Commercial Supply Chain Med…

応募資格

必須: Minimum 5 years of accounting and finance experience.
Hands on experience with SAP ERP systems.
Ability to independently manage AP inventory accounting and cost closing activities.
Experience in process improvement initiatives is preferred.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Business level proficiency in both Japanese and English.
Self motivated detail oriented and capable of working independently.

【Preferable if available】
Prior experience in a public accounting firm is a plus.
Chinese language skills are a plus.
