仕事内容: 外資系医療機器メーカーでの募集です。
SCMのご経験のある方は歓迎です。
■Position Objective
Execute end to end demand and supply planning to ensure accurate forecast balanced inventory and fulfillment of customer demand.
・ Collaborate with the Planning Lead and cross functional stakeholders to align planning execution with cluster objectives and APAC guidance.
・ Monitor supply demand gaps and inventory performance escalating critical issues to the Planning Lead while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

■Duties and Responsibilities
1.　Demand Planning: Collaborate with the sales marketing team to develop and maintain accurate demand forecast for the next 36 month based on historical data market trends and sales input.
2. Supply Planning: Translate demand forecast into actionable supply plans balancing inventory production and distribution requirement ensure and execute the stable supply

応募資格

必須: ■Qualifications
・ Bachelor’s Degree required; Master’s degree preferred
・ APICS certification is a plus

■Experience
Minimum of 5 7+ years’ experience in supply chain planning.
・ Extensive knowledge and experience in demand and supply planning processes techniques and methodologies.
・ Deep knowledge and well established relationships across organisation: sales marketing product development finance and manufacturing related segments e.g. product lines business unit region etc.
・ Hands on experience with modelling forecasting analysis and simulation tools.
・ Worked in a team based environment.
・ Business domain experience in the supported process and technology （Rapid Response and Tableau） areas.
