【業務内容詳細】
- Partner with General Managers and PC Leadership on HR strategy.
- Align HR strategies with business objectives and the global HR strategy.
- Lead the HR Team in delivering high-quality, business-focused HR services.
- Analyze HR data to identify insights, priorities, and solutions.
- Coach and develop leaders, providing expert guidance on HR matters.
- Promote a People First culture focused on Accountability, Safety, Quality, Customer Focus, and Communication.
- Lead Talent Acquisition, partnering with hiring managers to build strong talent pipelines.
- Ensure effective delivery of cyclical HR processes
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies, and proactively manage employee relations.
- 応募資格

- 必須

- 10 years of relevant HR experience
- Ability to link HR to business projects and priorities
- University degree or higher
- Good knowledge of Japan labor law
- Being flexible to work both operational and strategic HR
- Native Japanese and Business English
- Excellent communication skills
- HR BP experience is preferred
- A mix of Operational and Strategic HR experience is highly preferred
